The MacArthur Foundation Research Network on Law and Neuroscience is pleased to announce the launch of the LawNeuro.org YouTube channel, available at https://www.youtube.com/user/lawneuroorg   

The channel features videos from each of the Research Network’s three most recent Education and Outreach events:

1.  Colloquium for Federal Judges on Law, Neuroscience, and Criminal Justice:

On February 6-7, 2014, the Research Network welcomed the Federal Judicial Center, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and The Gruter Institute for Law and Behavioral Research to Vanderbilt Law School for a 1.5 day program: the Colloquium for Federal Judges on Law, Neuroscience, and Criminal Justice.

2.  The Future of Law and Neuroscience

On April 27, 2013, the Research Network hosted a one-day conference in Chicago: The Future of Law and Neuroscience.  The conference was in partnership with the American Bar Association, Vanderbilt Law School, The Gruter Institute for Law and Behavioral Research, the ABA Criminal Justice Section, and the ABA Science & Technology Section. The program featured a law and neuroscience curriculum specifically designed for lawyers, and drew on new research from the MacArthur Foundation Research Network on Law and Neuroscience.

3.  Colloquium on Law, Neuroscience, and Criminal Justice

On March 14-15, 2013, the Research Network hosted the Colloquium on Law, Neuroscience, and Criminal Justice in Palo Alto, California.  The conference was co-sponsored by the Federal Judicial Center, Vanderbilt Law School, and the Stanford Center for Law, Brain, and Behavior and featured a Research Network curriculum especially designed for judges.
